In the Summer of 2002, Rob Jacoby who was current manager, began recording the musicians that visited The Hostel. The most beautiful spirits and talented artists would find themselves drawn to the forest from all over the world.
All of them came with tales of happenstance or synchronicity as to how they learned of this truly magical place. Everyone who strolled down the sandy path became transformed within a few short hours .
By the time they left, they once again remembered the importance that our youth instills in each of us. . . . that importance is to play, laugh, share, sing and simply be. It is the intent of this musical journey to bring you as close as possible to the spirit of The Hostel in the Forest, as well as the spirit of beauty that lies in all of us.
