Join Esther and Kierstin for a transformative day of aligning with your truest self. This retreat offers a deep exploration of the layers of self through a soul-opening sadhana, guiding you on a journey through the past and future to integrate all aspects of your being into the present moment. Experience profound rest for your soul with sound healing and Reiki, and enjoy meaningful connections within our community. Embrace the opportunity to integrate these experiences fully, creating space for deep reflection and growth.

What to Bring:

Schedule:

  • 9-10:30 AM: Yoga Soul Ceremony

  • 10:30-11 AM: Break

  • 11 AM-12:30 PM: Guided Hypnosis

  • 12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch + Break

  • 1:30-2:30 PM: Sound Healing + Reiki

  • 2:30-3 PM: Closing Circle

Cancellation Policy

This retreat is non-refundable. In the event that we are unable to hold the retreat due to travel restrictions or any other natural disaster, after one or more unsuccessful attempts to secure a change of date due to ongoing travel restrictions before March 2025, all guests will receive a full refund of the monies paid.

Certified Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, certified NLP Practitioner, and Reiki Master. Esther specializes in the spiritual and transformational, acting as a practitioner and guide on hypnotherapy journeys, together you can change your belief systems through the subconscious mind allowing for an exploration to spiritually awaken and enlighten oneself. Believes she can change the world.… Believes “the world” begins internally.

About Kierstin

Trauma informed yoga therapist, E-RYT 500, reiki master, and mindful self compassion guide. Kierstin believes mindfulness and regulation can be found through many wellness skills. She has spent the past 8 years deepening her knowledge in many areas of wellness and mindfulness from the community resiliency model, and mindful self compassion, to reiki, yoga and astrology. Kierstin hopes to support clients in creating their own wellness toolbelt to move through life one breath at a time!
