EVENT: Ecstatic Forest
Ecstatic Forest is an opportunity to escape the demands of everyday life and drop into the heart space in the heart of the forest. Saturday we will collectively drop into our yang energy with the synergy of cacao and blue lotus to support embodiment and release on the dance floor. Sunday we will shift into yin with a blend of cacao and rose to help us drop into stillness for a tranquil sunrise sound journey. The event will end with a closing integration circle to share and be witnessed in our transformative experience.
Saturday: 11am-4pm Arrival, 5pm Opening circle, 6pm Dinner, 8pm Cacao + Blue Lotus Ceremony into Ecstatic Dance, 11:30pm Bedtime | Sunday: 7:30am Sunrise Sound Journey Cacao + Rose Ceremony, 10:30am Brunch, 12pm Closing Integration Circle
This is an all ages event. We ask that you arrive by 4pm on Saturday so you don’t miss opening circle. Opening circle is an important opportunity to open the space together energetically, meet attendees and hear house keeping details. Sunday, you are welcome to stay after closing circle and spend the day enjoying the lands. Guests are to check out of your room before Sunday brunch unless you plan to stay another evening.
Hara and Cody have been collaborating on community events for 4 years now. Their warmth and love is felt in everything they co-create. Everyone deserves a place to feel true belonging, this is Hara and Cody’s prayer for each of their events. Hara is an event coordinator, womb continuum educator, folk herbalist, healing arts facilitator, and mother. She has formal training in hatha yoga, sound healing, trauma-informed facilitation, health and nutrition and more. Hara enjoys weaving her many interests into community oriented events where people feel safe to be themselves, co-create, and celebrate life. In her free time Hara enjoys dancing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with her family outside in the sunshine. Cody (Magi Music) is a Father, certified Thai Bodywork practitioner, Movement facilitator, Trauma informed space holder, Event coordinator, Ecstatic Dance DJ, Certified Yoga teacher, Music producer and owner of Stonehaven Metaphysical in Rome, Georgia. His offerings center around embodiment, somatic inquiry, polyvagal theory, and nervous system regulation. As a bodyworker, DJ, and space holder, his goal is to create safe spaces that inspire others to dive deep into their own inner healer, ignite creative expression and remember their true nature.
